Description:	Public traded company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area seeking a Sr. Production/Operations to join their team! Required Experience: Perform all operations engineering duties for assigned area including drilling, workovers and facilities Work closely with other disciplines to maximize the value of assets Prepare capital budget and development plan for the assigned area Assist in preparing the lease operating budget for the assigned area and monitor results Recommend ways to maximize profits by increasing production and lowering costs Implement development plan while monitoring its status and reporting results to management Additional Qualifications: Extreme level of detail orientation with a high level of accuracy. Ability to foster high level of confidence and reliability in thought processes and results Professional and polished demeanor. Ability to work directly with all levels of personnel, including top management Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple projects against assigned deadlines Demonstrated maturity in handling confidential data Proficient in Microsoft software programs Industry Requirements: Minimum 5 years of prior experience Required Education: BS in Engineering with a preference in Petroleum Engineering.
