Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for knowledge management and expertise in SharePoint Online/Power Platform administration to bolster their IT team. As a SharePoint and Power Apps Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing their SharePoint Online environment, empowering teams to leverage Power Automate and Power Apps effectively. In addition, you'll interface at all levels and with business unit SME's regarding Knowledge Management and Domain File and Content Integrity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or similar.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in knowledge management, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and working independently.
  • Resourcefulness and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand user needs and gather insights to enhance information accessibility and utilization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and structure use-cases for effective knowledge management.
  • Establish guidelines for organizing and accessing core information.
  • Gather requirements and implement sustainable business solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Apps.
  • Enhance user experience by optimizing organization and availability of information.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce workload.
  • Facilitate end-user training and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with IT team to administer and configure SharePoint Online and Power App environments.
  • Stay updated on M365 capabilities and security guidelines.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in cross-functional knowledge management.
  • Proficiency in administering SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Direct experience with user engagement for design and requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

This position is based in Dallas, with occasional travel. This is a hybrid work schedule.
