Description:
Walker Elliott is working with dynamic and growing upstream oil and gas company in Denver, CO. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, innovation and fostering collaborative work environment. And as they continue on this path of growth, they are seeking to hire highly motivated and skilled Financial Associate to joined their team in Denver. CO. Company will offer relocation assistance to out of town candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support upstream oil and gas projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to gather and analyze data
- Montor industry trends and economic facts impacting upstream oil and gas markets
- Support in the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions and divestitures
- Work closely with upper management and executives to provide financial insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Degree in either Finance or Accounting
- 2+ yrs. of relevant work experience in upstream oil and gas either from an investment banking or corp. finance background
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
