Job Detail: Senior Production Engineer

Senior Production Engineer (onsite)

Walker Elliott is working with successful 150+ employees upstream oil and gas company in Houston, TX, looking to hire Senior Production Engineer. The position will work under the Production Manager who reports to COO (flat organization). This will be a full-time position with great benefits and very competitive salary (including LTI). The company is working onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Optimization and management of current production

• Manage production, LOE agreements, and AFEs

• Maximize daily production through artificial lifts (ESPs, rod, gas, jet)

• Make trips to field offices as needed and guide the field team

Requirements:

• BS in Petroleum Engineering

• 3+ years of E&P Production/Operations Engineering experience

• Rockies experience is required

• Good understanding of relevant industry software tools (Spotfire)

• Clear and effective communication skills
