Description:
Walker Elliott is working with our Houston-based client who is looking for a Technical Support professional with BS CS or Computer Engineering. The technical support specialist will provide support for client's products. Client specializes in remote data collection.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support on data transfer, satellite, and radio communications.
- Will learn products and become knowledgeable on support.
- Build and deliver training on products.
Requirements:
- Prefer BS in STEM related field.
- Knowledge of RTU or PLC protocols. Will also teach these concepts.
The role will start on site in Clear Lake. Remote available after successful training period.
