Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with key personnel to establish trust and ensure service delivery aligns with our high standards

• Spearhead the annual operating plans, setting objectives, and implementing work programs to ensure assets meet or exceed financial and operational targets

• Support due diligence for acquisition opportunities, facilitating seamless integration and strategic expansion into new basin

Requirements:

• 12+ years of upstream experience with reputable E&P Operator(s)

• Excellent track record in working as a Production Engineer

• Leadership experience with the abilities to implement successful processes into place

• Personal and professional maturity

• Prefer to have experience in data analytical software like Spotfire/PowerBI

• Able to work onsite M-F in Houston
