Walker Elliott is working with a growing MSP based in Houston. They are looking for a Strong Service Desk Lead who can grow into a Manager Role. Must have experience working and managing dispatch for a Managed Service Provider-MSP


Service desk lead/Manager-Position responsibilities.

  • Manage, support all service desk and help desk specialists as well as application support specialists
  • Monitor, report, and analyze team performance
  • Respond directly to support issues and service requests
  • Work to Insure resolution of incidents in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by maintaining c communication on all service items
  • Carry out hardware & software installations/deployments
  • Provide desktop, infrastructure, and field support
  • Manage an on-call rotation for support services
  • Assist in identifying trends in support requests
  • Develop and maintain support and operational processes
  • Develop, manage and maintain vendor relationships
  • Manage vendor support services and client interactions


Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • 5+ years in an MSP/ Managed Services Provider Organization
  • Oil and Gas experience strongly preferred
  • 2 + years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Office products (Office 365Word, Power Point, Excel
